I donated $15 and it says i can get my friend to be a member. How do i do that?

so i paid $15 like fifteen minutes ago, it was my first time donating so i was told that i would receive the benefits instantly... and uh i dont have them, i double checked that my IGN was correct on the payment, i received a paypal confirmation, and i tried /buy claim help please D:

if im a guest, and i donate $10, do i get member status + $10 donator status? or does it cost $5 to become a member and then another $10 to get the bonuses... please help, i'd appreciate it. and if someone could tell me how to donate tell me:P
